Ranch Hand Wrap
With smoked brisket and smoked sausage combined, this Oklahoma State University recipe brings BBQ to a different level. Topped with BBQ sauce and shredded cheddar, this wrap creates a fantastic presentation of concentric rings.
1 12-in. jalapeno wrap
4 oz. smoked brisket
3 oz. smoked sausage
2 oz. shredded cheddar
2 oz. BBQ sauce
- To assemble, place in order on top of jalapeno wrap: cheese, BBQ sauce, smoked brisket, smoked sausage. This creates a fantastic presentation of concentric rings of ingredients. Roll up, tucking sides as you go. Cut in half to serve. Tastes best when the meat is served hot as it will melt the cheese slightly.
- Garnish with cilantro and a whole pepperoncini.
