Cubes of pork are marinated in a spicy blend of ingredients. After grilling the fragrant pork is served on thick slices of Italian bread for a delicious treat.
4 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into 3⁄4-in. cubes
1 1⁄2 cup cider vinegar
1 1⁄2 cup olive oil
1⁄2 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. dried oregano
2 tsp. dried thyme
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
12 thick slices Italian bread
1. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except the bread. Marinate pork 4-24 hrs.
2. Remove pork from marinade and thread onto skewers. Grill over hot coals or under the broiler.
3. Pull meat off skewers and serve on bread.
