A new way to serve an old favorite. No one will miss the bread in this version.
4 thick slices applewood-smoked bacon
2 slices Swiss cheese
2 large leafy green lettuce leaves
2-3 tsp. herbed mayonnaise
1 ripe avocado, sliced
1 ripe tomato, sliced
Vegetable chips, for garnish
1. Cook bacon until crisp; drain.
2. Spread lettuce with mayonnaise; layer cheese on top. Pile avocado and tomato slices over cheese. Top with bacon.
3. Roll up lettuce to enclose.
