Sept. 13—Red Robin is making a move into the C&U market with a location at Metropolitan State University of Denver.
The concept is called Red Robin's Burger Works, and it offers build-your-own-burger options that allows every guest to craft their own burger using a wide variety of toppings including sauteed portobello mushrooms, beer mustard onions and Thai chili ketchup. Guests also have the option to enjoy classic Red Robin burgers, like the Banzai Burger or the 5 Alarm Burger, or sample a number of new menu items such as hand-breaded chicken tenders, signature salads and hand-dipped milkshakes.
