Polk County's high school cafeterias to undergo revamp

The cafeterias are being reorganized and rebranded with new signs and new lunch lines called The Stuffed Tomato and Daily Eats.

BARTOW, Fla.—Grand Central Café will pop up in locations throughout the county on Aug. 18.

The food-court style café boasts recipes influenced by a University of Florida chef and an exclusive customer base: high school students.
