March 26—Sodexo at Northwestern College, in Orange City, Iowa, will implement nearly $1 million dining hall renovation remodel this summer, which will bring a completely overhauled dining room and more display cooking stations.
The current plan includes a station designed for students with food allergies and another that will focus on international foods. The renovation is the first for dining services since 1993. To develop a plan for the renovation the department conducted student focus groups and requested input from faculty and staff.
