May 23—State Rep. Phyllis Kahn has proposed a bill that would allow people to rent out the Capitol's employee/visitor cafeteria for special events, like weddings, receptions and permit the sale of beer and wine. The cafeteria, styled after a German Rathskeller, "should be used more than it is," Kahn suggested.
