Lynn University receives national customer satisfaction award

Sodexo has named Lynn University a top-five university for dining satisfaction in its 2015 Consumer Loyalty Survey.

More than 330 Sodexo colleges participated in the fall survey, which asked diners to rate their experience based on several criteria, including menu selection and variety, dining atmosphere and service speed, according to a release.

The Boca Raton, Fla., college scored 95 percent in satisfaction, and 93 percent of diners said they would be “likely to make a recommendation.” The survey results are to help colleges and universities identify opportunities for improvement and determine future dining plans.

“We are pleased with the feedback we received through the survey, as it shows an appreciation for our efforts to create an elevated dining experience,” Brian Bowser, general manager of Lynn’s Dining Services for Sodexo, said in a statement. “Through Lynn’s holistic approach to dining, wellness and sustainability are two of the key factors that make our dining program special.”
