A new on-campus dining option is rolling into Lehigh, as dining services has announced the addition of a food truck that will debut later this semester.
According to dining services, the "FüD TRüK" will virtually be a restaurant on wheels, and is being added to fill a void in the current dining options. There will be no overarching theme to the truck, as it will be constantly evolving and improving through customer feedback and menu selection.
