Eat’n Park was recognized in the Learning and Development category for its Supervisor Certification Program. The program encourages the corporate training team, field and site managers work together to mentor and evaluate the supervisor’s assignments and progress. Supervisors receive more than 25 hours of training and are required to pass a certification exam. Supervisors who have graduated from the program help support unit management teams, uphold standards and enhance the guests’ experiences.
