Oct. 3— Mohave County is looking for a company to provide meals to more than 500 jail inmates.
The procurement department is seeking bids for a vendor to provide food services to the county jail and the juvenile detention center in Kingman and the sheriff’s office substation in Mohave Valley and Lake Havasu City.
The service provider will provide meals three times a day, each day for 365 days a year. Breakfast is from 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 a.m., lunch is from noon to 1 p.m. and dinner is from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. The average daily inmate population is from 450 to 550 inmates.
