Use recipe contests to boost worker engagement

We created a competitive recipe contest between schools in the district using pantry items and new ingredients. The contest allows employees to use their creativity to develop a recipe showcasing a new menu item. Prizes are awarded to the top three winners such as a website feature, and the dishes are incorporated into future school menus.
