To help persuade residents to try a new menu item, we will sometimes add it as a third entrée option, like our Pork Pagoda (pictured). Waitstaff will then ask diners if they would like to sample the new item. This gives residents the chance to taste something they wouldn’t ordinarily try because they didn’t want to waste it if they didn’t like it. Many times, however, once they try an entrée they end up ordering it.
