As a way to drive catering revenue we offer a team-building catering package. Groups get to participate by working in small teams to make a dish. Each team is given “money,” which they use to purchase ingredients or consultation time with the chef. Members of management do the judging. It’s a fun and different approach to team building that doesn’t require climbing ropes.
