We compiled hospital employee and chef's recipes to produce a cookbook that was then sold by the hospital's volunteers. The money raised from selling the cookbooks went into our education and cancer center funds. So far we have sold 316. Some of the recipes are an apple and chili crumble, roasted chicken and tabbouleh salad and a grilled summer watermelon salad.
