On-the-spot recognition

We created an “On The Spot” recognition program to help us promote our goal of showing employees how valued and important they are to our mission of delivering restaurant-inspired hospitality to each and every guest. Employees who demonstrate above and beyond behavior of one of our six Metz Core Values receive a card representing that core value. The core values are: hospitality, fun, integrity and fairness, quality, balance and respect. Cards can be exchanged for prizes; a complete set of six cards gets the employee a day off. So far our employees have earned more than $2,000 in rewards this year.
