For National Nutrition Month we had a Name the Herb contest for the hospital staff. There were some very unusual herbs, and even our chef didn’t know what a couple were. Some of the herbs were English lavender, burnet and borage. We put out some handouts and recipes using the herbs. The winner won a signed copy of The Flexitarian Diet.
