Instead of trying to get all your managers together for a meeting, use FaceTime or Skype to be more efficient. This came as an offshoot of all of us getting iPads to be more productive and organized. I also can talk directly to managers and not have to worry about getting to their office or operation. I think it is a great way to supplement traditional meetings.
