Once a quarter, a different physician on the medical executive committee volunteers to work with the cafeteria to cook a special meal for the group’s meeting. This has helped build relationships with the physicians and has been a tremendous morale booster. Spanish paella, an all-American picnic and Italian feasts are just a few of the meals that have been prepared.
