Every summer we do a culinary camp for kids. They get to wear the chef’s coat and everything. We focus on a different culture every day, so they get to do Spanish or African, etc. They create the different recipes. We have different social studies and math and science lessons that go along with the culinary aspect. The last day they get a certificate. We’ve also sent them on field trips to culinary schools and organic farms.
