In our grill station we feature fried items like chicken nuggets and french fries. This semester during dinner we turned off the fryer and served fresh grilled fruits, vegetables, seared seafood or grilled chicken. Instead of french fries we offered char-grilled potatoes. To our surprise, no one misses the fried foods and they appreciate the healthier alternatives.
