Food Field Trips

We developed a field trip program called Culinary Learning Journeys, which takes students to local dairy farms, CSA farms and food production facilities. Students can meet farmers to learn about the path their food takes. A new addition will be a journey to learn about bees and honey from a local beekeeper, who also happens to be one of our students.
