Last year for one month we had Dollar Days, which was a friendly competition between the secondary campuses to see which school could serve the most Dollar Days items. We featured different items like a chicken sandwich, mashed potato bowls and sliders for $1. We sold them à la carte. It was an in-house promotion that helped spark some fun for the staff.
