Greek yogurt makes a great anytime snack on its own, but it becomes even more appealing when layered with juicy pears and granola. Present the parfaits in clear plastic or glass cups to draw customers toward this healthy snacking choice.

Ingredients

8 cups canned pears in juice, drained and cut into med. dice
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 1/2 qt. Greek-style nonfat vanilla yogurt
5 cups granola

Steps

1. In large bowl, combine diced pears, honey and cinnamon; toss to coat.
2. For each serving, in 10-oz. clear plastic cup, layer one-third the pear mixture, 1/4 cup yogurt and 3 tbsp. granola. Repeat layering, ending with 2 tbsp. granola.
