Playful presentations can push younger consumers toward healthier snack choices. In this recipe, seedless grapes are threaded on plastic skewers and served along with a honey peanut butter mixture for dipping. The sweet and salty flavor combination and interactive approach add up to a winning snack.

Ingredients

1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
2 tbsp. warm water
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
48 seedless red grapes
72 seedless green grapes
24 thin plastic straws or 5 1/2-inch plastic drink stirrers

Steps

1. For honey peanut butter dip: In medium bowl, whisk together peanut butter, honey, water and cinnamon until smooth. Set aside.
2. To assemble kebabs, skewer grapes onto each straw from end to end, alternating colors.  Repeat on each straw to produce 3 kebabs.
3. To serve, portion 1 ounce honey-peanut butter dip into ramekins and place kebabs over top.
