MLB eats: Your first peek at Aramark’s new lineup of super-fun baseball food

Aramark Sports + Entertainment just became the foodservice provider for Oracle Park, home of the San Francisco Giants, expanding its baseball stadium portfolio, and as always, welcoming the new season with some bold new bites.
A trendy new roster of rookie menu items (plus the core fan favorites) will be appearing at Aramark partners Citi Field, Citizens Bank Park, Coors Field, Fenway Park, Kauffman Stadium, Minute Maid Park and PNC Park.

Kansas City Royals fans won’t be feeling blue when they try this burger patty with blue cheese crumbles, bacon, lettuce and buffalo aioli on a blue bun.

Colorado Rockies fans are used to the altitude, but this 20-oz. beef rib with paratha bread and herb salad just might take their breath away.

Pahhk the cahhh in Hahhhvahhd Yahhhd, Red Sox fans, and then order these nachos (waffle fries, corned beef, sauerkraut, sour cream, Thousand Island dressing and queso fresco).

There’s so much more to Philadelphia food than cheesesteaks, as evidenced here with funnel cake fries topped with strawberry compote, vanilla soft serve and whipped cream.

Pirates fans will say “ahoy!” to this footlong hot dog complete with pot roast(!), mini pierogies, caramelized onions and pickle slices.

Created by Chef Jason Eksterowicz for last year’s NYC Wine and Food Festival Burger Bash, this impressive burger starts with Pat LaFrieda’s dry-aged beef patty, then piles on Maine lobster seafood salad, lobster fondue and charred lemon, all on a fennel brioche.

We hope you like the heat, Astros fans! A major-league taste of the Caribbean, this sandwich features homemade coco bread, shredded smoked jerked chicken, roasted pineapple, scotch bonnet pepper slaw, green onions and cilantro-jerk aioli.
