Shaking Beef on Watermelon and Watercress Salad
Beef shaken in a fiery hot pan and served in a bowl over cool watercress with crunchy watermelon illustrates contrasts in texture, temperature and flavor. The colors evoke late summer-early fall, and the ingredients are readily available.
