Sinai Residences Boca Raton in Boca Raton, Fla., has begun using a robotic food runner to serve residents, Fox 29 reports.

The robot is responsible for transporting food from the kitchen to residents’ tables as well as bringing back empty plates and dishware to the kitchen.

Officials at Sinai Residences say the robot is one of the ways the senior-living community is trying to keep residents safe during the pandemic.
