Biscuits hold a special place in the hearts of so many chefs. Fluffy-yet-hefty, comforting and cutting edge all at the same time, the biscuit allows chefs to get creative with flavors from hometown to global jet setter.
General Mills Foodservice launched The Biskies Recipe Contest last year to keep the biscuit trend momentum going, and this year, the finalists show major star power.
“The 2024 finalists truly showcase how biscuits play a starring role on menus,” said Chef Kevin Relf, who helpled The Chefs of Mills judge this year’s entries. “We were wowed by their creativity and use of Pillsbury biscuits to create unique menu items that shine as entrees, appetizers and desserts.” Check out the finalists by clicking through.
