Last summer, a group of college and healthcare chefs came together at the University of Michigan for FoodService Director’s 2023 Culinary Immersion.
Throughout the event, attendees shared menu inspiration and got creative in the kitchen. Here’s a look at some of the dishes that were developed using products from event sponsors Hormel, Impossible Foods and the National Mango Board, with recipes compiled by Galley Solutions.
