"We actually just sat down and finalized our budget for the 2018 fiscal year, and this was a great topic of discussion. As we do every year, we wrote out a solitary goal that will require several smaller goals complete to achieve.
Our goal: Maintain above 77% retention of staff.
Sub-goals that will allow us to reach the 77% or higher retention mark:
• Cross-train staff in other specialties.
• Provide employee incentives on a regular basis, like staff parties, games, competitions, etc., with prizs budgeted.
• Allow staff to be decisively involved in management decision-making while being very transparent."
