Aramark expands NFL service window to brunch and late-night

Game Time culinary program provides fans with classic brunch favorites for earlier kickoffs and late-night fare for evening games.

Aramark analyzed consumer behaviors and game-day metrics such as time of kickoff and best-selling items and came up with a new culinary program for the 2023 NFL season called Game Time (#GameTime). A new twist on game day mealtimes, Game Time takes two signature restaurant service styles—brunch and late-night dining—and delivers timely menus for this season. For earlier kickoffs, fans can enjoy classic brunch favorites, and for evening games, they can satisfy their late-night cravings.
