Meet the country’s largest food service companies in Food Management’s Top 50 Contract Management Companies for 2020.

Here are the six Food Management Top 50 contract management companies that posted at least 20% revenue growth over the past year. Of the six, three—Southwest Foodservice Excellence, SLA Management and Better4You Meals—specialize almost exclusively in serving the K-12 school market and a fourth, Lintons Food Service Management, has a substantial K-12 school client base, reflecting an overall trend in the Top 50 that saw most companies operating in the school market making revenue gains even if most fell under the 20% revenue growth threshold.

The remaining two companies on the list are Continental Services, a Michigan-based firm that has expanded from its core business of operating vending into a variety of areas ranging from catering and office coffee to operating retail convenience stores and manual foodservice, and Pacific Dining, a new Top 50 firm operating in the college and business dining markets on the West Coast.
