Construction began in 2017 to combine two previous foodservice venues into one 16,000-square-foot space called the Food Emporium, which will feature five distinct fast-casual dining options, each with its own seating areas, when it opens in 2018. The clinic also recently hired Morrison Healthcare to manage foodservice for the clinic’s 1,400-bed inpatient campus, with operations headed up by Josh Ingraham, former executive chef for the Cleveland Indians.
