We partnered with the director of volunteers in our hospital gift shop and opened a gift-shop espresso bar. We provide one barista to make coffee drinks. Shoppers can also pick up grab-and-go items. We cross-train the staff and share the revenue. It’s doing very well financially. It’s in our largest clinic, so there’s a lot of traffic.
