We wanted to reduce the amount of Styrofoam, plastic bottles and cans across the Aurora system, so we started a reusable, stainless steel tumbler program. We gave the tumblers to our staff and volunteers at the metro hospitals to thank them for supporting our green initiatives. As an incentive to use them, we offer a 16-ounce drink for the price of a 12-ounce drink if they use the tumbler in the cafés.
