Rename vegan meals to boost interest

We got rid of our Meatless Mondays and now hold Flavor Forward dinners on Wednesdays. The dishes are still primarily plant-based, but the change of name attracts more students. Meatless shows students what they’re missing with plant-based eating, while leading with flavor shows what they are gaining.
