We have a picture wall on which we put the photo of each resident along with his/her specific dietary requirements. This helps us make sure we get the correct diet and/or allergy restrictions for our residents. This is particularly helpful when we get a new resident and the staff hasn’t learned to put a name with a face yet. It also helps us build personal relationships with our residents when know each of their names.
