Associates have a choice of T-shirts and hats—including a military-style cap, beanie or slouch hat—to keep their hair back and away from food. In addition, employees are invited to add a “pop of red.” [I’ve seen] red necklaces, red shoes, red bandanas and even red suspenders since the uniforms changed. We do a little bit of that to engage our associates—everything’s a little more fun.
