We hosted a Dip into March Madness event where we chose four healthy dips or hummus recipes, plugged them into a March Madness-style bracket, and had the dips compete against one another for the “championship” by having students vote. The recipes were well-received, and students were delighted to taste flavorful, healthy dips with an enticing and clever basketball theme.
