The staff needs to be good role models, so we started a staff fitness challenge. We broke up into teams to see which team could lose the highest percentage of weight. It wasn’t just about losing weight, but healthy habits in general. Teams also got points for things like playing a game of dodgeball. The first time we did the competition, 60 people lost a combined 350 pounds.
