We hosted a nutrition outreach program called "Are you beach-body ready?" The program offered educational information and health assessments. Students could sign up for individual nutritional analysis to learn about how to get their bodies in shape for the beach. To help students realize what a healthy meal looks like, models of correct food portions were on display.
