Most operators offer on-premise catering
Most operations offer on- premise catering. For those that do offer both on- and off-premise catering, on- premise catering makes up 80% of the catering business. Operations that are contract-managed are significantly more likely than self-operated locations to report a higher percentage of their catering business to come from on- premise catering (84% versus 78% respectively).
For those who offer both on- and off- premise catering, 20% is for on- premise and 80% is for off- premise.
