Colleges most likely to post nutritional content; LTC/senior living least likely

In honor of the 20th anniversary of the nutrition label, we thought we’d share how operators in the non-commercial foodservice industry post the nutritional content of the items they serve. According to The Big Picture research, one-third of operators do not post this content for their diners, with those in long-term care/senior living being significantly less likely to offer this information. The most popular way to share nutritional content with customers is on menus/menu boards, followed by posting content directly on packaging with stickers or on a website.
