Mini Muffuletta Sandwiches
University of Texas holds a Mardi Gras feast for students, serving a New Orleans-inspired menu. Chef Shannon Whelan’s muffuletta sandwiches, rooted in NOLA’s Italian community, are one of the items on offer.
