Salt to season

Colombian Garlic Aji Sauce
1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh garlic
1/2 finely chopped jalapeño
1 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. lime juice
4 tbsp. water (optional)
Salt to taste

Yield: 1 cup sauce

Steps

  1. Heat oil to fry.
  2. Skin green plantain and cut into 1.5- or 2-inch long pieces.
