Chef Coby Smith will be heading up The Hope Bistro, a new restaurant inside the CARTI Cancer Center in Little Rock, Ark., the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette reports.
The announcement follows Smith’s departure from Coby’s Cafe inside the Arkansas Heart Hospital in Little Rock, where he was known for his authentic ramen served in the cafe three times a week.
The menu at The Hope Bistro will be built around foods known to reduce the risk of cancer.
