Drake University’s foodservice provider, Sodexo, is reinstating the campus’ Dining Student Board of Directors after a three-year hiatus, according to The Times-Delphic.
The board would allow students to collaborate with foodservice staff with assessing meal-plans, evaluating dining options and creating initiatives for the dining hall, reports the Times.
Officials also hope the board’s input would go beyond that, giving feedback for dining hall renovations and new campus food concepts.
