Senior living community starts 'Wellness University' to teach nutrition to residents

Parkway Place, a senior living community in Houston, has created “Wellness University” to help teach its residents the importance of healthy eating, the Houston Chronicle reports. 

The 30-minute class is held once a month and is designed to instruct residents on what foods they should eat to maintain proper nutrition.

Past classes have allowed residents to sample nutritious foods such as avocados and blueberries.
