Gwinnett County Public Schools in Suwanee, Ga., is looking at expanding its halal offerings for students next year, WXIA-TV Atlanta reports.

The district is planning on adding a halal hot dog to its menu when students return to class in the fall. The new menu item is part of an initiative to make its menus more inclusive.

Gwinnett County already offers students a halal burger and serves more than 11,000 of them each month, according to school officials.
